Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Manomaya, all art classes, workshops, competitions, and product purchases are planned in advance with dedicated resources and materials. Hence, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

Classes, Workshops & Programs

• Once the fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Missed classes cannot be refunded but may be compensated based on availability.
• Transfers of fees to another student are not allowed.

Products & Custom Orders

• All sales are final.
• No returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged during delivery.
• Proof of damage must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds (if applicable) are processed only when:

• A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
• A program is cancelled by Manomaya.
